Minneapolis' premier indie rock record label turned 9 years old this summer, and we are damn proud of them. Wes had the honor of designing and printing one of several posters created to promote one of several events going on throughout their week of celebration. Turntable Hardcore artist Mr. Dibbs is arguably Hip Hop's greatest Atkins Diet success story. Celebrate his triumph over bread products by picking up this poster from him and artist Jake Keeler's live performance at Triple Rock Social Club under the name EAT MEAT. Hot 2-color print with all the red white and blood you could ask for.

I (Wezz) can't for the life of me get over the name "Mel Gibson And The Pants". Like are they trying to make things difficult for themselves? Because they play the fuck out of a show and work really hard on making good music. But then you're stuck thinking of ol' brave passionate road warrior of jesus and his slacks. Anyway, they asked us to make a poster for the release show for their new album "w/ guitar" so Mike Davis and I had a Heavy Session™ of model glue filled turkey basters and 70s wrestling magazines.

Doomtree has been on the come-up lately, cementing their place in Minneapolis' underground hip hop scene. When Sims, one of their 1000 rappers, celebrated the release of his "Lights Out Paris" CD, the crew came Burlesquewards for the poster. Three colors of mish-mosh graphics from Mike Davis and printed by Wezz. Also on the bill for the show was Snakebird, who some of you might know better as graphic artist and Minnesota native Adam Garcia.

Quannum is one of those hip hop labels you could always count on in its heyday. Two of their finer artists, Gift of Gab (from Blackalicious) and Lateef (from Latyrx) rolled through Minneapolis' Triple Rock Social Club on tour, and we've got the poster to prove it! See them drop knowledge, gifts, beats, and scientific jewelpieces on the corroded, culture-less city below. Mike designed it, Wezz printed it.

Catch the vapors. Wezz went all out combining screenprinting and spraypainting on this poster for weirdo rockers Numbers, Clipped Beaks, Ssion, and Ova. We have prints with both pink and blue spraypaint, so be sure to specify which color you'd like. Limited edition of 50 posters!
